As a photographer, my goal is to tell the story of your wedding in pictures, faithfully capturing the atmosphere and ensuring that every moment is beautifully preserved. After all of the planning, the day might feel as though it passes too quickly, but your photos will allow you to relive the emotions all over again.I live in Norfolk, but I'll gladly travel all over the UK for the opportunity to photograph a beautiful wedding.
Moments
Some of the most beautiful moments are unplanned. I specialise in capturing candid shots that reflect the true emotions and spontaneous joy of your day. I work as discretely as possible, and my unobtrusive approach lets me document the authenticity of your wedding, preserving every important moment naturally, so that you remember what happened, not what was staged, and allowing you and your guests to be fully immersed in the moment.
Details
Every detail of your wedding day will be meticulously chosen to reflect your personality and style, from the invitations to the table decorations, and from the flowers to the rings. These details are important and meaningful, and they're part of what makes your day unforgettable, so focusing on them is essential in order to tell the whole story of your wedding day.
Style
I would describe my style as clean, natural and refined. The best way to make images that mean something to you, I believe, is to capture the real you - from genuine special moments you share together to having fun with family and friends. Subtle expressions that are easy to miss, fleeting moments that are unique and beautiful; easily forgotten or overlooked, recording these in photographs makes looking back at your wedding wonderfully evocative every time.
Approach
While probably 95% of what I shoot is completely candid, sometimes the difference between a great photo and a stunning photo is a little bit of direction. My direction is minimal, allowing you and your partner to be yourselves and just soak in the emotion of the day, but I will always strive to make art that you will just love to look at again and again in as discreet a way as possible.

About me
I'm Jamie, a wedding photographer from Norfolk. I turned my childhood interest in photography into a career, and I've been working full-time as a professional photographer for nearly 10 years now.I love being able to document true emotions in an honest and evocative way, encapsulating people's feelings in images, and as a former motorsport photographer, I have a lot of experience capturing important moments that only happen once.

Do you work from a shot list?
Each wedding is unique, so I will create a unique collection of photos that reflects your own unique wedding. That’s why I don’t just take the same shots from a list for every wedding; I want to produce images which are special to you and which capture the emotion of your day.
Can we request certain images to be taken?
Of course! While I don’t use a shot list, I’m more than happy to take specific photos at your request.
We would like some posed photos; do you do these?
Yes! While I normally shoot in a documentary style, trying to blend in and capture your day without interfering, I am also experienced at posed photography and photoshoots. If you'd be interested in a more directed style of photography for your day, just let me know when we discuss your wedding.
Do you take black and white photos?
I do, but whether you want black and white images from your wedding is your decision. I can capture everything in colour, produce a mix of colour and monochrome, or even shoot the entire day in black and white if you wish; it's your wedding and your choice!
When will we receive our photos?
Whichever package you choose, you will receive a quarter of the photos within three days, with the rest available no more than a couple of weeks after your wedding.
Do you do albums and prints?
Yes, I can produce an album of your wedding images for you; prices start at £199. Prices for prints and wall art can vary greatly depending on what you want (and in what size), so if you're interested in something like this, just let me know and I can help!
Do you charge travel expenses?
If your wedding is in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire or south Lincolnshire, all travel is included in the listed prices. If your wedding is outside of this region, then any additional costs will depend on where your wedding will be; I'll be able to give you a quote upon request.
How do we secure our booking?
In order to secure your booking, a third of the cost is payable as a deposit (£265 for the Everything package, £215 for the Celebration package and £115 for the Small Wedding package).
